This beautifully inlaid Ozark 'Eagle' 5-string resonator banjo is fitted with a heavy rolled brass tone ring and a Weatherking Fiberskyn head, providing bags of tone and volume. The Fiberskyn head adds a little extra warmth to the tone when compared with a typical white frosted head. This banjo has a wonderful tone and plays fantastically well right up the neck.
As well as sounding great this banjo has spectacular looks with gold plated hardware, beautiful headstock inlay and incredible Eagle inlay on the resonator. There are a few small superficial cracks to the lacquer on the underside of the resonator and one on the headstock (see pictures 10, 11 and 12), otherwise this instrument is in excellent condition.
The banjo has been given a full setup and string change and includes Ozark hard shell case.
