Currently available at our Newcastle store, and our Metrocentre store from Monday 12th April.
Order on-line and collect in-store when it's convenient for you.
We understand some customers have recently experienced problems when trying to checkout for a Click & Collect order. We are currently investigating this, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you should have any difficulty.
Just choose the Click & Collect option during checkout and select the store you would like to collect from.
Complete the checkout process and wait for an email confirming your order information.
Now wait for another email saying your order is ready to be collected.
You will also receive a phone call from us to arrange a suitable time to collect. We do this to ensure that our click and collect transactions are evenly spaced out and avoid crowding or keeping our customers waiting.
Bring this email with you to the selected store, along with some form of ID, and got to the Click & Collect area, where one of our staff will help you.
At the front of each of our stores you will see the click and collect point. If a member of staff is not there to greet you there is a bell that you can ring for attention.
Please wear a facemask, unless exempt, throughout your collection period.
When will my item be ready to collect?
We aim to have all orders ready for collection within 3 working days.
If it looks like there may be a delay then we will be in touch.
What do I do once I'm at the store?
Please wait until you have been contacted by a member of staff to arrange a collection time before travelling to the store.
Bring a copy of the email from us (either on paper or your phone) and some ID to the dedicated Click & Collect area, where a member of staff will help you.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, please call the store to give the name of the person who will be collecting. They must bring their own ID and the collection email.
