The Yanagisawa AWO1 professional model alto saxophone is a superb quality saxophone suitable for anyone from aspiring beginners to experienced musicians.
Handmade in the Yanagisawa family workshop in Tokyo, it is the upgraded model of the legendary A901 and offers a strong tonal core thanks to the newly re-engineered bore and tone holes.
A new source of brass on the WO models gives you better sound and sonority, while the re-designed ergonomics improve fingering.
Yanagisawa's 'professional' saxophones are free blowing, with a resonant tone, and deliver a superb performance across all musical genres. The student will develop their own unique style more easily due to both the advanced construction and ergonomic key design, and the advanced professional can be assured of both superior tone and a class-leading playing experience.
The AWO1 includes a stylish case with a compartment on the outside for ease of access and a new backpack design.
