Made from nickel plated steel wire wrapped around tin plated hex shaped steel core wire. Produces well balanced all around good sound.
This Ernie Ball Slinky wound string is made with a smooth nickel-plated steel wire wrapped around a steel hex core. It has a warm, full-bodied tone which brings out more of the mid frequency range compared to other strings and delivers an easy-under-the-finger feel which won’t wear out frets.
