A highly detailed & exquisitely antiqued hand carved & finished violin, the Eastman Master Series violins are offered in full antiqued finish. These are wonderful violins for advancing students and really do stand out from the rest it terms of feel and sound. They have become a firm favourite at Windows and regularly shock our customers with their quality.
These handmade and hand varnished instruments offer the high level of workmanship from this excellent workshop. They produce a powerful and robust tone. The instruments are fitted with quality ebony fittings, French Despiau bridge and factory strings.
This instrument has been set up by an experience professional violin maker in our store. The pegs have been filled and pasted, the soundpost has been adjusted and the bridge has been filed down and correctly fitted to an optimum height. These adjustments vastly improve the performance of the instrument and allow the violin to reach its full tonal potential. The set up also includes the fitting of high quality Tonica violin strings to further develop the sound and make this instrument truly unique.
