We're still here to help during Lockdown 2!
Following government guidelines, both our stores will be closed to customers from Thursday 5th November and our expectation is that we will reopen on December 2nd.
Don’t worry! Even though we can’t let people in, we’re still here, and our specialists in all departments are ready to share their knowledge and offer the same exceptional level of advice and service you would expect if you were in the shop.
Whether it’s a gift for Christmas, a spare pack of strings, your favourite recording or a new grand piano, we’re here to help!

Let’s face it, not many of us knew what Zoom was before March, but it’s a great way to connect. If you’re interested in one of our instruments but would like to see and hear it, and maybe compare two or three different options, we can arrange a face to face video call on the platform of your choice.

Royal Mail, our couriers and specialist piano movers are all still working, though we would expect them to get quite busy so would recommend not leaving anything too late.
