Details
The Kai KCI-700 Tenor Ukulele is one of Kai's most attractive ukelele's with a highly figured bocote back and sides. A handsome looking player, as well as a typically sweet sounding one.
The Kai sound is bright, with a pleasant ring with delicate overtones, and volume that defies an instrument of this size. With a solid cedar top, bocote back and sides giving the sound of this ukulele a slighter harder edge than other tonewoods, with a nice percussive attack and a rich and rounded sustain.
For those who like their ukulele sound with a little extra spark and top end punch, this model produces a sound that is bright and clear with warm lower tones. A real treat to play!
