Leicestershire's answer to Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg, Vona Vella (Izzy Davis and Dan Cunningham) release their eponymously titled debut album, through Strap Originals. Vona Vella was recorded at The Libertines' Albion Rooms studio in Margate and produced by Jason Stafford (Jamie T, Sports Team, The Libertines) and Vona Vella. All 12 tracks on the album were co-written by the duo: Dan playing the guitar and piano, with Izzy on guitar and flute... and joined by Jake Bott on drums.
