AiR Sound Source
The AP 270 uses morphing technology for an advanced sound. The sound source is comprised of two stereo grand pianos blended together for maximum harmonic response. The 192 note polyphony allows your notes to naturally decay and prevents any unwanted stammers between chords. The AP 270’s string resonance and damper noise add the subtle textures of an acoustic piano to your overall tone for a more organic sound. The AP 270’s 22 tones include both modern and traditional piano voices to suit a range of style preferences. The sound can be projected either from the speaker system, or through two headphone slots so that you can maintain a full rehearsal experience whilst practising silently.
Natural Feel
The AP 270 is equipped with a wealth of features to make the playability as smooth and authentic as possible. The hammer action keys provide a weight against your pressure, allowing you to perform with expression. The sensors register each key stroke in three stages for an accurate processing of your playing style. This series also features simulated ebony and ivory key tops for a textured surface feel, similar to an acoustic piano. Both traditional and modern musicians will find the AP 270 an immersive playing experience.

The AP 270’s design is suited to the modern home environment. Despite having a full size keyboard, the 270’s cabinet remains slim and easy to fit into bedrooms and living spaces.
