Our Newcastle City Centre Store
JG Windows first opened a music shop in the Central Arcade, Newcastle upon Tyne in 1908. Over a hundred years on, the store has been extended to form the largest music shop in the North East, with a massive selection of musical instruments and accessories, sheet music, Hifi and recorded music.

How to get to us...
Our store is just a few yards from Monument Metro station and the many bus stops on Market Street and Blackett Street. You will find lots of useful information to plan your route on the Nexus website.
Driving and Parking
Being in the centre of Newcastle, there are a handful of multi-storey and other car parks around, for example Carliol Square and Eldon Square. Click here for more info on city centre parking.
If you are wanting to collect larger items from us, then we do have a loading bay on Market Street. Please contact us for information.
The Newcastle and Gateshead Clean Air Zone comes into effect in January 2023 and we are aware that some people are concerned about how this will impact on their ability to drive into Newcastle city centre. However, this currently does not affect the majority of private car users. You will find further information on the City Council's website, including a link to check whether your car is exempt from charges.
