Ramirez 2NE Classical Guitar, the Ramirez "Studio" range of Guitars, the "E" line was designed by José Ramírez III in 1986.
It was renewed by Amalia Ramírez in 2008 with updates made in decoration and construction. "E" models have slightly larger bodies and possess a deeper, darker tone than the smaller bodied "R" models.
Built with a solid red cedar top, solid Indian rosewood back and sides and solid ebony fingerboard this instrument is fantastically resposive with a sublime tone.
Ramirez guitars have won many awards over the last century including the Medal of the Andrés Segovia Foundation, granted to the Ramírez dynasty of luthiers, presented by the current successor Ms Amalia Ramírez de Galarreta y García, in recognition of her outstanding work making guitars used by Andrés Segovia, contributing, thanks to their exceptional quality, to the triumphant artistic career of this universal master.
These guitars are inspected, adjusted and certified by Ramirez - truly fantastic instruments that can be for a lifetime.
