We are working a little differently in our stores to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Here are some of the things you can expect:
From July 19th it will no longer be compulsory by law to wear face masks in indoor spaces. Our staff will continue to wear face masks at all times in order to keep colleagues and customers as safe as possible. We request that anyone visiting our stores also wears a mask (unless exempt) so that we can continue to operate as safely as possible during the pandemic.
Video Conference Call
We are pleased to be able to offer video calls for those customers who'd prefer to shop from home, but would like some advice as well as hearing the instrument they are interested in. Use our contact form to let us know and we will be in touch to make arrangements.
We continue to have sanitiser stations at the entrance and within our stores. We ask our customers to sanitise their hands before browsing.
In order to keep our instruments in the best possible condition and allow customers to try them safely we ask that you speak to a member of staff before handling an instrument. If you'd like to try something out (and we are more than happy for you to do so) one of our staff will set the instrument up for you and be available to help and advise throughout the process.
We obviously can't keep our entire range at one store, so if there is something specific you would like to see or purchase in-store, then please contact us to check availability before making a special trip.
Caring for our instruments
We continue to ensure that our instruments are cleaned and sanitised regularly. If an instrument cannot be sanitised fully with anti-bacterial products, such as brass and woodwind instruments, it will be quarantined for 72 hours before being made available to play again.
For safety reasons we encourage all our customers to pay by card and use contactless payment if possible.
