A lovely warm sounding instrument, the Ashbury AB-55 is openback back banjo fitted with a Whyte Laydie tone ring and has a fantastic tone. Made from walnut rather than maple or mahogany, this instrument has a stronger bass than most banjos whilst still projecting gorgeous ethereal high notes. This is a great banjo for all styles of music and is a joy to play.
