Aquila New Nylgut AQ-2B Banjo Light Tension DBGDG 4th Red Series String set to provide better sound than traditional nylon or PVDF. It's designed to have an excellent player feel and a sweet tone similar to that of genuine gut strings. Proprietary composite material absorbs less moisture to assure tuning stability. Accurately gauged strings of varying densities provide increased accuracy of fret-intonation. Red Series 4th string changes the weight of the material, increasing it to leave the gauge almost unchanged resulting in a brighter, more powerful sound. Comes in 5 pieces set with 4 nylgut strings and a red series 4th string.
N.B. These strings are not loop ended and require the user to tie a knot or loop at one end of the string to secure onto the banjo
